A formerly heroic and stalwart man, he could have single-handedly saved the Wasteland and brought about prosperity to us all. Instead, he chose to serve under the Master, Richard Grey, replacing the now-dead Lou Tenant as the commander of the Super Mutants. He is an extremely dangerous opponent, and both a Jack AND a Master of All Trades when it comes to combat, stealth, survival, speech, explosives, and hacking. He killed himself when Cat made him realize what he had become.
