The Malform Bearers have the disease they spread through sex and rape. They believe the disease is a gift of some sort. An answer to their sufferings. The way to fix the world. They don't have any real rules besides that you have contract and spread the disease. Anyone who does not gets the penalty of death. Those who do no join their ways of life after the sex or rape, are also killed on the spot. Those who do join, are chained up with the others in the hotel's basement, being brainwashed by videos and the members teachings and abuse. They preform lobotomies on those who are unable to be brainwashed.
There is no main ruler of the group, but the ones who do the most of the killing are in provocative police uniforms.
The ones who do most of the rapes are in erotic cliche leather outfits.
The ones who are chained up or recently joined the group wear almost nothing.
Most of their weapons include whips, spiked chains, police batons, and police handguns.
