Powers and abilities
Zero possesses the ability of photographic memory that ties directly into his muscle memory, giving him an ability he refers to as "photographic reflexes." This ability enables him to watch another person's physical movements and duplicate them without practice as long as it is physically possible for a human to accomplish. He is skilled in all present-day and many historical martial arts, boxing, wrestling, swordsmanship, archery, marksmanship, gymnastics, and aerial combat. He is capable of emulating the styles of those he has observed. Zero’s power to duplicate the abilities of others is purely dependent on sight, and restricted to physical motions. For example, he could copy a virtuoso pianist's performance by watching him play, but would not gain the ability to read sheet music. As a child, he almost drowned when he perfectly duplicated another swimmer's dive, forgetting that he had not yet learned how to swim once he hit the water.Like other members of the Weapon X Program, Zero’s D.N.A. contains an age suppression factor that greatly retards his aging process.

Personality; Scott is incredibly loyal to those who pledge alliance to his cause, the suffering, and those who can't protect themselves from others. He's often stubborn in his research and his decisions as his belief (in his mind) is always correct.

Skills and equipment
Zero is a highly skilled hand to hand combatant and covert operative. Summers is also an expert marksman, skilled in the use of virtually all types of firearms. Summers also posses an extremely high aptitude for the areas of genetics, advanced weaponry, and is a master strategist .He wears a kind of body armor woven from a rare type of ore, rendering him completely silent as he moves. It also refracts light which renders him practically invisible to conventional detection methods in total darkness.

Weapons; Agent Zero carries a wide array of weapons including wrist-mounted plasma blasters, pistols that fire bullets made from the near-unbreakable metal Tekirum, and an Tekirum-coated knife, amongst others. Zero also once used a sniper rifle loaded with bullets forged of Tekirum-piercing "anti-metal".

Due to recent events, Scott lives in the outskirts of the neighborhood where he is always meticulously planning for different scenarios and making routine trips outside of town to wage guerrilla warfare on The Director. Due to his retarded aging factor, he's incredibly depressed to see his friends carry on with their cheery and happy lives but he's determined that his purpose in life is to send as many West-Tek personal to hell before they send him there first. He's often visiting his friends and entertaining their kids with various magic tricks and combat techniques he's learned over the years through first-hand experience or training videos. Something feels like it is missing from his life...He just can't place his finger on it.
