Aside from Walter and his father, there are about twenty other individuals who make up all that remains of the once thousand-strong United States Army. They are the Grandchildren of those who fought the Chosen One on the Oil Rig, so long ago. They wear the Uniform and act exactly like those who do, while they do their daily chores around their small community. They have a good deal of Pre-War weapons and gear, but no Power Armor.
Only the Base Commander is allowed to wear Camoflauge, all others must wear the Anchorage-era Uniform:
