Joshua Graham is an untalkative, matter-of-fact fellow, who usually dresses like a Pre-War gentleman, in addition to being quite skilled in personal combat. Joshua Graham was formerly, the Grand Legate of Caesar's Legion, and his authority was only superseded by Caesar himself. He left the Legion because under their laws and restrictions, he was unable to marry a slave, namely his wife, Arianna. Both her, and his lives are under current threat from the Legion's assassins.
After losing both his wife and his skin to the Legion, Graham is dangerous and reclusive. Still a master tactician, his goal is to kill Caesar and cripple the Legion. After being exposed to FEV after the Mutant-Morman Coallition took back Mariposa, he has become the New Super Mutant Master, and is extremely unpredictable, his outlook on war has taken a dramatic shift. Where he previously wanted war to stop, he will ensure war stops at all costs. He also has taken up the usage of his Hookswords again, having a new pair forged from Saturnite metal. His speed, strength and endurance all enhanced beyond normal human levels.
In the alternate ending, he was sacrificed to the Legion in Fox's place, joining Arianna.
