|  A large-scale town who's seediness rivals that of the late New Reno, Carthage is what was once called Salt-Lake City. The former community that was largely Mormons were pushed out, most killed by the new raider and tribal gangs that settled. Two gangs practically own the city: The Brunos, typical rich mobsters who own most of the businesses, legitimate or otherwise:  The Lockers, hood rats who operate out of the slums, their central HQ being the old Hogle Zoo, their gang having originated from zoo workers wearing basketball jerseys and using zoo animals to attack people:  | |
